We manufacture gas scrubbers, which are used for removing gases produced as a result of the activities of industrial facilities away from working environment and cleaning such gases before exhausting into the atmosphere. Scrubbers are manufactured from PP, PVC material according to the character of various gases, and are horizontal or vertical based on the physical conditions of the site of scrubbers.

Horizontal And Vertical Gas Scrubbers

At the gas scrubbers, exhausted gases are treated by absorption, neutralization, optionally by precipitation. The exhaust is absorbed by a fan, and sent to the gas scrubber. With the help of rushing rings, gas mass is divided and its speed is reduced, thereby gas can be washed for a while. Then gas is counter currently pumped to the exhaust with the help of a fluid pump providing neutralization or precipitation of the gas in the lower chamber of the scrubber. Spiral nuzzles providing jetting enable purification of gases inside the scrubber by spraying contaminated gas at a given pressure, depending on the gas level therein. Later on, before the cleaned gas is exhausted from the chimney it passes through a drop eliminator and thereby clean emulsion with minimum liquid level is exhausted into the atmosphere.
